TAG REC Family,
Although you have been on to ON A MISSION from Q for months now, this week marks our official push of the song on a big level. Your local station should have On A Mission, so call them up and request it. We are going big in 09 with Q Da Kid and your support is much appreciated.
Please request that song for us!
On another note… As a label, we stay committed to providing new platforms for new artists to get their shine. We are committed to the community. If the community is successful, we will be successful. Please keep uploading your videos on our Myspace page. We all check those out…(JD, Core DJs, Q and the staff) all the time – watching battles, looking at the winners, and even approving the videos. Make sure to keep those tracks radio friendly or we cannot approve them. Those are the rules. Nothing is worse than hearing 4 minutes of a hot track, only to have the last lyric be the N-word and we gotta deny.
Keep it clean! And if you do use the N-word, say it early in the track so we can deny it quick and don’t have to listen to the whole thing!!! LOL
Keep an eye out for more big news and big opps from TAG Records in 09. We have some crazy plans.
Go request On A Mission on your local radio station… keep uploading tracks, and stay tuned. Oh yeah… pick up some bodyspray too. That is important. Smell good in 09. That is our motto.
Much success!! Thank you for supporting the movement!

With the new year coming up fast (less than 12 hours for the East Coast), we thought it prudent to throw a fresh new look and name for the blog.
Keep checking back soon for exciting news on the way for THE WORD and how you can participate in the community.
